Azteron ("we", "our", or "us") operates the YourCall mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

  • Account Information: Full name, email address, and profile picture when you sign in with Google or Apple.
  • Phone Number: Your phone number for contact matching and request delivery.
  • Contacts: With your permission, we access your device contacts to match registered users and enable sending approval requests. Contact data is used solely for matching purposes.
  • Usage Data: Information on how you access and use the Service, including your device type, operating system, and app interactions.
  • Device Information: Device identifiers, device model, and platform for push notification delivery and analytics.
  • Push Notification Tokens: FCM tokens for delivering real-time notifications about request responses.
  • Request History: The approval requests you send and receive, including messages, priority levels, deadlines, and response statuses.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service
  • To deliver approval requests to the intended recipients
  • To notify you when someone responds to your requests
  • To match your contacts with registered users
  • To provide customer support
  • To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our Service
  • To detect, prevent and address technical issues

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

  • To facilitate our Service (e.g., Firebase for authentication and notifications)
  • To provide the Service on our behalf

You can delete your account directly from the app under Profile > Account Deletion. This will permanently remove all your data including requests, contacts, and notification history.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Hizmetimizi sağlamak ve geliştirmek için çeşitli amaçlarla birkaç farklı türde bilgi topluyoruz:

  • Hesap Bilgileri: Google veya Apple ile giriş yaptığınızda ad-soyad, e-posta adresi ve profil fotoğrafı.
  • Telefon Numarası: Kişi eşleştirme ve istek iletimi için telefon numaranız.
  • Rehber: İzniniz dahilinde, kayıtlı kullanıcıları eşleştirmek ve onay istekleri gönderebilmeniz için cihaz rehberinize erişiriz. Rehber verileri yalnızca eşleştirme amacıyla kullanılır.

  • İstek Geçmişi: Gönderdiğiniz ve aldığınız onay istekleri, mesajlar, öncelik seviyeleri, son tarihler ve yanıt durumları dahil.

Hesabınızı doğrudan uygulamada Profil > Hesap Silme bölümünden silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem, istekler, kişiler ve bildirim geçmişi dahil tüm verilerinizi kalıcı olarak silecektir.

7. Çocukların Gizliliği

Hizmetimiz 13 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir. 13 yaşın altındaki kişilerden bilerek kişisel tanımlanabilir bilgi toplamıyoruz.

8. Bu Gizlilik Politikasındaki Değişiklikler

Gizlilik Politikamızı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Herhangi bir değişikliği bu sayfada yeni Gizlilik Politikasını yayınlayarak ve "Son güncelleme" tarihini güncelleyerek size bildireceğiz.
