By downloading, installing, or using the YourCall application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

YourCall is a mobile application that enables users to send approval requests to their contacts and receive responses. The App allows users to create requests with custom messages, set priority levels, define optional deadlines, and track request statuses. The App does not guarantee that recipients will respond to requests within any specific timeframe.

3. User Accounts

To use the App, you must sign in with a Google or Apple account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Send harassing, threatening, or abusive approval requests
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Spam contacts with excessive or unwanted approval requests

5. Contact Permissions

The App requires access to your device contacts to enable sending approval requests. Contact data is used solely for matching registered users and delivering requests. You confirm that you have the right to share contact information with the Service for these purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT APPROVAL REQUESTS WILL BE DELIVERED OR RESPONDED TO WITHIN ANY SPECIFIC TIMEFRAME. THE APP SHOULD NOT BE USED AS THE SOLE METHOD FOR TIME-CRITICAL OR LEGALLY BINDING APPROVALS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZTERON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Azteron and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

1. Koşulların Kabulü

YourCall uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak, bu Kullanım Koşullarına ("Koşullar") bağlı olmayı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Hizmet Açıklaması

YourCall, kullanıcıların kişilerine onay istekleri göndermesine ve yanıt almasına olanak tanıyan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama, kullanıcıların özel mesajlarla istek oluşturmasına, öncelik seviyeleri belirlemesine, isteğe bağlı son tarihler tanımlamasına ve istek durumlarını takip etmesine olanak tanır. Uygulama, alıcıların belirli bir süre içinde isteklere yanıt vereceğini garanti etmez.

3. Kullanıcı Hesapları

Uygulamayı kullanmak için Google veya Apple hesabıyla giriş yapmanız gerekmektedir. Aşağıdakileri kabul ediyorsunuz:

  • Doğru ve eksiksiz bilgi sağlamak
  • Hesap kimlik bilgilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamak
  • Yetkisiz erişimi derhal bize bildirmek
  • Hesabınız altındaki tüm faaliyetlerden sorumlu olmak

4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul ediyorsunuz:

  • Uygulamayı herhangi bir yasadışı amaç için kullanmak
  • Taciz edici, tehditkar veya kötüye kullanım niteliğinde onay istekleri göndermek
  • Uygulamanın herhangi bir bölümüne yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak
  • Uygulamanın işlevselliğini engellemek veya bozmak
  • Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, derlemeyi çözme veya parçalara ayırma
  • İzinsiz olarak Uygulamaya erişmek için otomatik sistemler kullanmak
  • Virüs, kötü amaçlı yazılım veya zararlı kod iletmek
  • Kişilere aşırı veya istenmeyen onay istekleri göndererek spam yapmak

5. Rehber İzinleri

Uygulama, onay istekleri gönderebilmeniz için cihaz rehberinize erişim gerektirir. Rehber verileri yalnızca kayıtlı kullanıcıları eşleştirmek ve istekleri iletmek için kullanılır. Bu amaçlarla iletişim bilgilerini Hizmet ile paylaşma hakkına sahip olduğunuzu onaylıyorsunuz.

6. Garanti Reddi

UYGULAMA HERHANGİ BİR GARANTİ OLMAKSIZIN "OLDUĞU GİBİ" VE "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKİLDE" SUNULMAKTADIR. ONAY İSTEKLERİNİN BELİRLİ BİR SÜRE İÇİNDE İLETİLECEĞİNİ VEYA YANITLANACAĞINI GARANTİ ETMİYORUZ. UYGULAMA, ZAMANA DUYARLI VEYA YASAL BAĞLAYICILIĞI OLAN ONAYLAR İÇİN TEK YÖNTEM OLARAK KULLANILMAMALIDIR.

7. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

YASALARIN İZİN VERDİĞİ AZAMİ ÖLÇÜDE, AZTERON UYGULAMAYI KULLANIMINIZDAN KAYNAKLANAN DOLAYLI, ARIZİ, ÖZEL, SONUÇSAL VEYA CEZAİ ZARARLARDAN, KAR, VERİ VEYA DİĞER MADDİ OLMAYAN KAYIPLAR DAHİL ANCAK BUNLARLA SINIRLI OLMAMAK ÜZERE SORUMLU OLMAYACAKTIR.

8. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama ve orijinal içeriği, özellikleri ve işlevselliği Azteron'a aittir ve uluslararası telif hakkı, ticari marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasaları tarafından korunmaktadır.

9. Fesih

Bu Koşulların ihlali dahil herhangi bir nedenle, önceden haber vermeksizin veya sorumluluk üstlenmeksizin Uygulamaya erişiminizi derhal sonlandırabilir veya askıya alabiliriz. Fesih üzerine, Uygulamayı kullanma hakkınız derhal sona erecektir. Ayrıca hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Uygulama üzerinden silebilirsiniz.

10. Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme veya güncelleme hakkını saklı tutuyoruz. Herhangi bir önemli değişikliği "Son güncelleme" tarihini güncelleyerek bildireceğiz. Herhangi bir değişiklikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

11. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu Koşullar, hukuk ihtilafı ilkeleri dikkate alınmaksızın, yürürlükteki yasalara göre yorumlanacak ve yönetilecektir.
